I also never received my item and have contacted seller many times. Latest reply is she's busy enjoying her family. Nice. I'd love to enjoy my family too & not have to hunt down etsy sellers who don't send merchandise. This is the only negative interaction I've had on etsy and I'm a huge fan. :(

Absolutely WORST Etsy experience to date. Ordered my item on 11/30/12. Shop page said I would receive it within 5-7 days. Still have not received my items and it has been 6 weeks since my order. However, my PayPal account was charged immediatley upon my purchase and this shop has my money, but I do not have my items. Not sure my daughter will even be teething by the time I get the items. To make matters worse, every time I message the shop owner (Ashlee) about my purchase, I get an automatic reply that she is "enjoying her family for the Holidays, but will get back to me as soon as she can." Finally, on 01/07/13, she responded to my slew of emails and said she didn't know what happened to my shipment, as she could not locate any information on my tracking number. Probably because she NEVER shipped the items. Then, she said she was out of one of the items I purchased (go figure...I mean it has been 6 weeks and I am sure her inventory is different now vs. when I ordered). I iimmediately responded and said I would take a replacement. SHe promised it would ship that day. But did it? Nope. She now claims it shipped on 1/8. Still not received. Now, she's not responding to my messages, again. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SHOP. Absolutely the WORST experience I have had on Etsy.

After ordering on October 15th, I just received the item today Nov 20th. I was told that an initial item was shipped but the tracking information was lost, I was told a second item was going to be shipped... I filed a claim w/Etsy and on that day I received a tracking number. The post office stamp shows that it was shipped Nov13th. When it arrived, the ribbon was a different color than was indicated on the item I ordered. It is beautiful otherwise. The hassle of ordering was not worth it however, and I will not purchase here again.

The necklaces are beautiful, but they arrived late. When I emailed the seller (3 times!) to ask where they were, I got no response. I had to open a case with Etsy Trust & Safety just to get my items shipped to me. When I originally sent an email asking where the items were, I wish seller would have just sent me a quick email letting me know she hadn't sent them yet and when she expected to, instead of no communication.

Said it was shipped on the 1st and I'm still waiting! Already billed though...:( Disappointed
